    It can be used by all people with mild to severe hearing loss as well as those who are deaf. It is also a service that can be used by those who are not hearing impaired.

  • What's included in the services of VUEVO?

    VUEVO is a proprietary wireless microphone and a dedicated application that facilitates communication between hard-of-hearing people and hearding people. Please refer to the details here.

  • How many people can use it at the same time?

    There is no limit to the number of people who can use it. However, the maximum number of directions that can be displayed in the app during a conversation is eight.

  • What hardware and environment is required for use?

    To use the service, you need a smartphone or tablet device that can install the app. To make our service more convenient, please prepare an PC. Please check here for the recommended environment.

How to use VUEVO mic

    The VUEVO mic is approximately 78mm (W) x 22mm (H) x 76mm (D) in size and weighs approximately 94.5g.

  • How many hours can I use the VUEVO mic continuously?

    It depends on the conditions of use, but if it is fully charged, it can be used for about 8 hours continuously.

  • How long does it take to charge the VUEVO mic?

    Charging is completed in about 2 hours using the included AC adapter.

  • Can I use the VUEVO mic while charging?

    The VUEVO mic can be used while charging.

    There is a one-year annual contract plan and a monthly contract plan.

  • What method do I use to pay?

    Payment method is bank transfer by invoice or direct debit.

  • Can I try VUEVO before purchasing?

  • Can I replace or repair the VUEVO mic if it breaks?

    If the VUEVO mic breaks down, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period (one year from the date of purchase). However, if the VUEVO mic fails due to customer negligence or exceeds the warranty period, it can be repaired for a fee or a new unit may be purchased.
